- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is done per job. No two jobs are identical so we bid out our work based on several factors. We take in to consideration the material needed, the difficulty and time a job will take along with the amount of time we will spend getting to and from a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to meet with a person to look at what they need done. Depending on what it is we will either take down notes and email a proposal to do the work, or we will offer a price upfront. the next step is to schedule the work and then to complete the work.
