- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We charge $3 per serving for wedding and custom cake orders with buttercream. Fondant cakes start at $3.25 and go up depending on detail work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the vision, likes, and dislikes for their pending order is a must. Also email and/or phone conversations are essential to come to mutual agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school at Johnson and Wales University and online pastry classes through a chocolate school in Australia. And a lot of trial and error.
