- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are based on the height, width, what needs to be roped and any obstacles under or around the task at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to set up an appointment with the customer to give a solid estimate on the job they have at hand. Also to give my estimate but at the same time will compensate the price to fit your budget.
