- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
EWE, our pricing is based on our level of service, our years in the business and our commitment to a fabulously memorable event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consult with our couple initially for 30-minutes complimentary. Then we set the fee for the services requested. The initial conversation is a very pointed and specific conversation, geared to obtain the information needed to complete the business of setting the fee and agreeing to provide and receive services.
