- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, because every job is different due to individual circumstance. What I can promise is to be reasonably priced. Will also put quality service and customer satisfaction over payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, identify the issue of concern by talking with customer. Arranging a time to assess the situation within a customer's home is second step. With info gathered, Customer is provided with a "free estimate" for repairs. Addressing concerns about pricing or restoration process is an essential priority. Once services are agreed upon, we get to work while providing customer and/or insurance rep with daily updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified technician in Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Cleaning with IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Active certification requires annual refresher training. Also certified for Trauma Scene & Bio Hazard Clean-Up.
