- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer military discounts. The discount is set at 20% off.... I do not have a "standard" pricing system as I quote each client a customized price based on their menu type and specific needs. However, I do strive to be the "affordable" caterer and try to offer each client a "basic" price to help them determine what choices or changes can be made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first and foremost once the basic information is collected I try to find a date for consultation where I can sit and spend 30 minutes with my clients to get an idea of what it is they want for their event. This can be over the phone and or in person. Once that is completed. I submit my proposal packet along with the quote for the event. complimentary tasting is provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We consistently work with local food sources, stay on top of trends and our test kitchen is always creating. We are food inspected and licensed In Richland County. In Columbia Sc. We have an A+ rating for clean kitchen and environment. We follow food safety and have inspections 2x a year. We take our client requests seriously to better improve our services. Our executive chef and sous chef are constantly producing top quality entrees. We run monthly specials starting at $10!
