- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable based on the level of work the project is requiring. Also willing to provide a free estimate before performing any work. Please remember though that a lot of work goes into gaining the knowledge of being an expert in computer repair. Sometimes a repair isn't as simple as it seems, while other times the fix is really that simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy getting to know my customers as I work on their repairs. I also think it's important to explain what is wrong in terms that even my mother would understand, instead of using a bunch of technical jargon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have taken several computer science classes at University of South Carolina (go cocks!). I also used to work for a company doing business internet tech support.
