- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kfend Kitchens has two types of pricing methods that we use: Tiered and Fixed. Our Fixed pricing are done on a per-person or per platter basis. Our menus can be tailored to fit almost any budget. It also has much to do with the type of cuisine, it is hot or cold dishes, the preparation time, the items needed, is it a drop-off and set-up, seated and plated, is additional staff required to stay, etc. Tiered pricing is based on the guest count and your total budget. (Package Deal) The appearance, the sensation and the taste of the menu items create an experience that you will want to re-live time and time again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule an initial in-depth consultation to get familiar with who our clients are, and what they want from kfend. Because every project is different yet, the same and we have various menu items to build upon. We will gather as much information up front as possible so we won't have to email back and forth and you the client will feel less stressed. However, we do keep the client abreast of what is going on if it has any effect on their special event.
