Where do I even begin! Michelle is the biggest workout inspiration I’ve come across. No one can kick my butt and make me excited for more all in one. Her guidance, expertise, and insanely positive fun attitude makes working out feel like catching with your best friend (minus the fact you are breathing heavy and dripping sweat). I have worked with a number of trainers over the years, and Michelle is by far the best. She works you hard, but not to an extreme. I have seen great results! Michelle is very careful to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to prevent injury. The first 6 months we worked out at my neighborhood gym. She recently moved away and we have continued my training via Skype. I was very skeptical at first, but it has worked out beautifully. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Michelle. This is a great time to get to know each other and to work together to create a fitness program just for you.
