- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate system for common repairs and a time and material spread sheet for not so common repairs. There is never a surprise charge. You'll always know upfront what your investment will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to build the trust between our clients and the company. We never use high pressure tactics to push you into a decision. We practice repair, before replace, and want to provide our clients with solutions for their issues. We try to build that relationship for the long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of experience in commercial and residential heating and air conditioning. 5 year apprenticeship education through American Builders and Contractors.
