Review by Robert F. in Powell, OH Project: Install Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Long story short, the original installer that we hired for trim, cabinets, etc...did such a poor job, my wife called me crying and saying she wanted to fire him. She luckily found Camelot Painting and was put touch with John, who, apparently could tell she was upset, came to the house less than an hour after she put in the request. He not only walked her through what needed fixed, but was able to calm her down and assured her that the old installer didn't do anything that he and Oliver couldn't fix or replace. I don't think we can say enough good things about John and Oliver, they are honest, punctual, have incredible work ethic, impeccable attention to detail (I complimented them on how well things were looking and I was told don't worry it'll look "10,000 times better"...I doubt that is possible), they are extremely personable, put technical carpentry concepts into terms that someone without experience can understand what they are doing, why they need to do it, and how, and the list could go on. In the future, they will definitely be the first, and hopefully only, call we make for a project. These guys are the real deal and took a disaster of situation and made my wife and I comfortable and at ease. A big thanks to John and Oliver; we truly appreciate what you guys have done for us. We've already recommended these guys to multiple friends and family.

After taking measurements and establishing an installation date, the technician Oliver never showed up. He did not return calls. We had to scramble to fund another company to complete the job before our out-of-town guests arrived.
