Set an appointment and never showed up. Did not even call even after I emailed through thumbtack asking why. Do not hire this company.

Gregg, we did schedule an appointment. However, when trying to confirm with your tenants we got no response. It's company to policy to confirm each appointment the day of. We would be happy to reschedule, just let us know what time works best for your tenants!
