We know that property service pricing is often confusing. Our system is based on transparency. Every quote shows both the cost of labor and materials in a simple format.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At CPS we meet with property owners to get a thorough understanding of their needs. By asking questions, walking the property, and taking accurate measurements we are able to ensure both parties are aware of the tasks to be completed. We then work with the property owner to create a personalized solution for every repair, upgrade, and change.
