Introduction: My name is Chip and I have been helping people with their fitness goals for over 8 years. I have two degrees, an associate's degree in Fitness Management from Hocking College and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. I have taught one-on-one personal training, small group training, large group boot camps, aqua aerobics and more. I have worked with a wide range of ages and fitness levels. At Ohio University I worked with client's who were either at risk or had chronic disease. I have also worked with athletes.
Watching a client progress in their health and fitness journey is very rewarding. I enjoy spreading the knowledge I have gained and helping others live a healthy life.
