Happy Life Dog Training
About this pro
A talented dog trainer who knows how to work with my dogs and with me! Often my dogs are responding to something I'm doing (wrong) and I don't realize it. Lauren is able to see how my actions and emotions play into my dog's behavior. Her experience with rescue groups also provides background knowledge on animals and how they interact with other dogs and with people that just can't be taught. She's put in years of time with dogs and people and you can tell. I highly recommend her as a trainer!!Jan 31, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? An hour long private lesson is $40.00. I am willing to be flexible if there is a financial need. I offer a reduced rate of $25 for foster dogs through approved rescues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first lesson we mostly talk about what you would like to get out of training together. We discuss any issues or concerns and make a plan going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from the Animal Behavior College as a professional dog trainer. I have five years of working with dogs in a shelter environment. I have been training dogs privately for two years, and devote several hours a week to working with foster dogs.
