- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are negotiable. I want you to be comfortable with my services, and this is not necessarily the final price that I offer. Because all of our needs are different, I tailor the prices to meet the customer. It can change as your needs change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Empowerment is the key I want women to become engaged in their personal and professional goals. Most of my service is done over the phone, so that you can obtain coaching anytime and anywhere, in the comfort of your own personal spaces. Life coaching over the phone maximize your time, increase your privacy and heighten your personal comfort. I have clients from all walks of life that receive service using Skype and Zoom. A session is 45 to 60 minutes in length but can also be shorter or longer depending on what a person is looking receive from coaching. I have month, weekly and special package. Most people make a weekly arrangement with one live meeting and email and texting of progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years of experience working in the community with individuals with AID-HIV, Drug, and Alcohol Dependency and Mental Illness. I also have an Associate of Arts in Health Administration and Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management.
