- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is always a method that costs less or supplies that are cheaper. I'll always remind my clients, they get what they pay for. There is a fine line between "painting" and "project managing"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet in person with my client and go over some basic info, get a feel for the aesthetic they are looking for and re-connect after a digital mock up is created.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've painted murals and created other large scale installations with very large corporate customers such as the REI co-op's, United Grinding, Kit and Ace. Custom printed and designed apparel for TV shows such as HBO's ENTOURAGE and FX's IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA.
