- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have reviewed both nationally and locally prices and have gone with the lowest locally. I am wanting to help people meet their needs as well as have some profit to meet my expenses. I offer in my price and all inclusive price. So not only is my price at the low end of the spectrum; it includes my gas, mileage (within 30 miles) wear & tear on car as well as sales tax . This makes it very clear and easier for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the potential customer to see what services are needed. I will talk with them as to what is easiest for them as for communication as well as the time/day is best for them. I will work with the potential customer as to what is needed and before hang up, repeat what was discussed so that we are all on the same page as to what is needed and expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nurse and past social worker. I have a very clear understanding of how to communicate with people. I have also had a mowing company and work effectively in our tree and landscape company!
