Denise is absolutely awesome! She helped my husband and me the 'right sizing' process with skill and compassion. When we found the retirement condo of our dreams and learned that there were already bids placed on the property, Denise knew exactly what to do. With quick attention and great expertise she was able to strategically design our bid so that it was selected over the others without having to pay more than we should! As we went through the process of selling our family home, Denise patiently listened to our concerns and our hopes. She worked hard to help us resolve issues that came up and sold the home in record time at a good price. Even after our purchase and sale, Denise is still there for us with advice and referrals as we need them. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!! Ok so I put off this review 1) because we've been extremely busy, and 2) I didn't know what to say about Denise that wouldn't come off as a paid endorsement. My wife and I have known Denise as a friend and neighbor well before she became a realtor. She is a great person; caring, compassionate, giving, and honest. She made our buy and sell as painless and well informed as absolutely possible. Prompt, available, knowledgeable, and professional. She went out of her way for us, quite literally- From providing pros and cons for every decision to holding a wildly successful open house to fixing our doorbell when we were away to working from our house while our son slept when my wife suddenly went into labor and we had nobody else immediately available. Through her negotion skills and constant communication with the seller's realtor she was able to get us into our current house for well under what the seller could have gotten. We sold for well over what we were asking, largely due to that wildly successful open house she put on (13 offers!). I really can't say enough about Denise. She works her tail off for her clients out of the joy that their happiness of family and home brings her. You cannot go wrong in hiring her. Shout out to her husband also for his support and help as well (thanks Steve!). Miss you guys (and Kato too.... whimper, whine, bark!)
