- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on approximate square footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and type of clean (deep clean, standard clean, move in/move out, biweekly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact with customers through Thumbtack, Facebook, e-mail, or by phone we answer any and all questions. We help you decide the best clean for you (deep clean, standard clean) and schedule a day that works with your busy schedule. We contact you 1-2 days prior to confirm the scheduled clean. After the clean is completed we have the customer "walk through" to verify they are 100% satisfied with their clean home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been experienced in cleaning services since April 2017. We have learned what our customers expect and are most satisfied with through these years.
