Immediately upon finding the home in which my wife and I hoped to raise our children, Dustin Ultican worked tirelessly to help us secure that home. As busy adults with 3 small children, we did not have much free time to coordinate the necessary steps required to buy and sell a house simultaneously. Thankfully, Dustin used his previous experiences to let us know what needed to be done to get our house in proper shape to sell, he researched to find an appropriate selling price, and he then negotiated on our behalf with the buyer to meet our needs.
For our new house, he shared his contacts with us to get an excellent home inspection and estimates which met our schedule. We simply could not have found a more helpful agent than Dustin, and I appreciate how much he did for us each step of the way.

We came into town and Dustin had arranged appointments for 5 or 6 homes. He took the time to go through each home, advising of some of the features. We saw the house that had the features we were looking for, and eventually purchased. He was very professional and responsive to our questions throughout the whole process.
