- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price for the session fee which must be paid in full in order to book the appointment. Digital Files, High Quality Lustre Prints and Heirloom Albums are available as a la carte items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I’m meeting a customer for the first time, I thoroughly explain my services and products and give them examples of my work and discuss what they can expect by working with me. Once they have booked with me I walk them through the entire process from beginning to end, answering any questions or concerns they have, and explaining what they can expect so there are no surprises.
