Dennis and his team were beyond professional and efficient with the job at hand. Though a huge part of the work they did was roofing, it was no easy task as they were salvaging what was left of my family's home after a somewhat devastating fire. After dealing with such a family tragedy and the emotional turmoil that goes along with losing so many things a family acquires over time, and losing a sense of security you lose when dealing with such an incident, the last thing you want to deal with is contractors and workmen who don't respect your loss and your space. Dennis and his team were VERY sympathetic to what we were going through as a family. Thy worked very hard to complete the job in a very efficient way and went above and beyond by actually handling several other repairs that were not a part of the scope of work, without ever saying a word about it, or billing for it...just simply did it, because they knew we needed it done and didn't want us to have to deal with another decision or problem after what we had been through. Followed through with all that was promised. Did excellent quality work. Picked up all debris afterwards. Called back several times after job completion to make sure I was satisfied. He was very knowlegeable and worked well with my insurance company.
