By far, training with coach Corey Ray has been the most fun, exciting, and resultful experience I have ever had working out. RESULTS! RESULTS! RESULTS! Corey is an excellent trainer and has helped me achieve what I thought was impossible. 93lbs down and counting within the year. I can say I have NEVER repeated a workout which is great for me because I get bored. All workouts are intense and well thought out and he tells you why you are doing it.
