- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing tends to be cheaper than going with a big company because I don't have the overhead that they do such as shop costs, secretarys etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I use Thumbtack I will typically give the potential client a rough estimate of the work based off of their description. If the client shows interest, I am happy to come out to the residence and give them an exact quote based off the scope of the work. If the client wants to move forward then I'll get them on the books right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college grad with a bachelor's degree in business. I have been doing construction on and off for most of my life but I have been doing residential construction exclusively for the past 4 years.
