- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Casual Catering can go from $15-$25 per person depending on clients wishes. I can be an on site caterer in your kitchen, or center rental or bbq directly on site as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Casual yet professional communication of desired request whether the request is a personal chef training or a simple bbq, I travel and bring all of my own equipment. Very easy for the client to choose and I can help with any decisions necessary to help with budget and appetite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Chef since 1999, Graduate of DVC, studied in France, taught in China, worked all over the East Bay. Currently Instructing Children's Culinary Camps at Shannon Community Center in Dublin and Grill Master with Grillaxin' BBQ (via FB/Yelp) catering all over the Bay Area. Servsafe Certificate upon request along with any other personal references available. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years and my passion is food and nutrition and teaching others what I've learned.
