FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A SEASONED DESIGN PROCESS Understanding your unique project is essential to not just quoting you, but actively quoting with the confidence of believing that I am capable and motivated to provide the best possible solution for your time-sensitive project. Following the first round of understanding your needs and requirements, I then provide you with consultation to correctly communicate various options I feel that are worthy for your project. After making an educated decision on how you'd like to move forward, it is then critical for me to provide a more in depth timeline for deliverables. It is in these expectations being made known, is why I am successful at seeing design projects through from beginning to end, for the past 15 years... on time and on budget. Next, through several iterations submitted of actual design concepts, I ebnsure work is done right, crisp, and freakishly to the pixel. It's got to be right. 😊 Following a design approval sign off from stakeholders (preferably one decision maker), I then work closely with divisions or individuals responsible for receiving all required pixel perfect assets--wheather it delivered to a development team lead, project manager, marketing lead, or executive. Note: If UI/UX projects, sometimes ongoing user tests and product evolutions continue at a service based hourly rate, rather than the preferred project based flat rate. Totally open to what works for us both. If all goes to plan, a nice product or solution awaits! Looking forward to working with you soon.
