Ken, one of our managing partners, received remodeler of the year in Charlotte NC in 1999 as a partner with Ezra Development for a home remodel in the historic Dilworth neighborhood. Having remodeled many historic homes in the Charlotte area. With over 30 years experience in the building industry. Ken started framing apartments as a carpenters helper in 1979 and has since handled light commercial, up-fits, high end home building, restoration, mitigation, and historic remodeling as a licensed general contractor since 1996. Ken has an extensive knowledge of the building and insurance industries as a General Contractor. Ken is a General Adjuster which has handled commercial and residential property claims for roughly 50 different carriers in 18 states over the years.
Dan, another managing partner has a diverse background in construction as well. Dan has redeveloped large apartment complexes throughout North and South Carolina.. Dan has worked extensively in the Fire, Water, Mold and storm damage industry as a contractor and an insurance adjuster with knowledge from both perspectives. Dan is also a General Adjuster certified in FEMA Flood and HAAG Certified Roof Inspector both Residential and Commercial. From a simple roof to a complex rebuild Dan can assist with any size project.
We also provide emergency services for fire, smoke, mold, and water damage. We are licensed Insurance Adjusters in North Carolina along with several other states throughout the US. We can help guide you through the insurance claims process.
