- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing for my services. I prefer to customize my services based on my clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients, I take special care to listen to their needs and wants. Once a budget has been established, I will create a custom menu tailored for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.S. degree in Culinary Technology and an A.S. degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. In addition, I have received several silver and bronze medals for both Culinary and Pastry American Culinary Federation sanctioned competitions. I started my Catering business seven years ago and enjoy preparing delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Currently, I work full time for CPCC as the Program Assistant and Executive Chef for our Corporate and Continuing Education Hospitality Division.
