- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers - Get the needs and wants defined - Start hunting: the MLS isn't everything, I have many more resources to help you find what you are looking for. Sellers - We need to find you some buyers, fortunately that's not a problem in our current market but even if you have a property you think won't go for much, give me a call and we can meet about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years in sales, my own businesses and under a Fortune 15 company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Determine what matters most to you. Things like customer service, communication, professional knowledge are all important things to consider.
