FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most people think our prices are high however I give a turn key price. I refuse to give a low price just to win a bid then have to raise that price after the fact. With my experiance I know what issues could come up with certain projects so I have to include that in the price. If those issues come up, there covered at no increased cost to the homeowner, if they do not, the final invoice will reflect that with a lower cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet with the client and go over there project with them and work up a fair proposal. Giving prices over the phone is not fair to the clients as no contractor can accurately quote a job over the phone, it opens opportunities for the old "bait and switch" salesman. This always causes mistrust between the client and contractor. I prefer to creat a trusting and relaxing working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 20 yrs experience in all aspects of residetial remodeling. If it's part of a house I can repair, replace or completely change it.
