SIMPLY THE BEST: There are business owners and then there are professional, courteous and caring business owners. Fred & John are the latter. My husband Michael and I originally met Fred about 1-/12 years ago when the main garage door spring broke and we could not physically open the 18 foot door ourselves; our cars were in the garage and we couldn't get them out. We contacted Fred for help and he was there so quickly, we could not believe it! Upon meeting Fred, it was within an instant that we saw he was down-to-earth with an immediate focus on the situation. He fixed the spring and everything else fell back into place for my and my husband's day because of Fred being there so fast. A couple of months ago, we contacted Fred for quotations on our main garage door (to have it replaced with a new one) and for support on the three garage doors to our shop in the back (there were issues with each of them as there were no motors to open/close them - I could not even lift one of those doors.) Fast forward to 4 weeks ago where Fred and his partner John installed three motors, one for each of our shop doors, so they would open and close easily. Those motors not only made life easier but they also helped to seal the openings because the motors pushed the doors against the frames, something that was not happening before their motors were installed (previously, those small openings encouraged small animals and bugs to get into the shop). Yesterday, Fred & John and Danny installed our new main garage 18 foot door, which is attached to our home. They were meticulous with their work to have the new door and motor installed. Not only is it a great door, it's so esthetically perfect for curb-appeal. For all 4 garage doors, they open and close with a whisper --- seriously, with a whisper. Mike and I have never seen (heard!) this before! The Garage Door Commander team are the best. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any garage door issue or new garage door that you want to purchase. John came out with a crew on Sunday morning within an hour of my contact with him. They did a great job and were extremely friendly and professional.
