FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will have my Clients fill out a Questionnaire and send them the terms & conditions. This consists of information about self, type of service, venue etc. Then we will set up a trial date which we will discuss the look the bride is looking for. After the trial date we go over the The terms and conditions together in case there are any questions. I will also have my client sign the terms and conditions as well as a permission form regarding before/after pictures. I also like to keep in contact with my client until the actual date of the event. My clients are all able to contact me via email/phone at any time before the event as well. I am available to them 24-7.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years experience with Freelancing and just started working with Clinique.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a love for makeup. A few years ago I just started buying more and more of it and creating more looks. I also started staying up later to watch makeup videos and learning a lot of my skills that way because of the fact the New Hampshire doesn't offer any hands on makeup classes. I was always getting asked about my makeup techniques and the products I use and found myself spending so much money on makeup every week!!!! I decided that I needed to do something that made me happy so I started putting myself out there and letting people know that I wanted to help with their wedding makeup/boudoir shoots/family photo's etc. I made my own web page and business cards and had a few friends who were getting married who allowed me to do their makeup and advertise their looks on my website and social media pages. I also started my own youtube channel where I go over makeup tutorials and review products.
