Hi Jairo, I’m sorry I could not meet your 5 star standard! As a Thumbtack professional like yourself, I am discouraged you felt the need to leave a less than perfect review in regard to my services without getting passed the scheduling process, let alone a review at all. As you can see from all my existing reviews I do strive to deliver the best possible home service experiences to my customers with extreme attention to workmanship, attitude, expectations, and value. Unfortunately in our situation the amount of moving parts in the scheduling process was something I could no longer spend any more resources on. I wish things could have went smoother but in order to keep serving serious customers with the utmost attention I felt the need to pass on your job. I do believe I could have communicated in a more professional manor to you my concerns with you, the renter, seeking work for another renter while not being able to contact the owner responsible for making decisions on repairs & payment directly. My goals are to efficiently handle any requests coming in order to serve customers in the ready to hire category. I wish you the best of luck in solving your home repair! -Steven
