Steven was punctual, professional and genuine. I hired Steven for a leaky outdoor faucet (spicket). Scheduling was very easy and flexible with him, he even came in the evening after I got home from work, so there was no stress there for me! He arrived on time, even put on the shoe protectors to wear in the house while he worked. Very considerate and professional. He even tossed the ball with my dog a couple times! When he was done, he walked me through all the changes he made and ensured the problem for me was resolved. His work quality was impeccable, he even put on a different valve so it was easier for me to turn on and off the water.
