Introduction: Chef Adam Feidelman can make any cuisine from Italian to Barbecue to fine dining to authentic Mexican cuisine. Final Touch Catering loves doing live stations in the dining room and has great pride when it comes serving fresh hot food throughout the entire event. Chef Adam Also owns a Seasoning Blend company, Chef Adam's Gourmet Rubs. He uses his signature seasonings in most of his recipes. They are designed and formulated by him. We like to say from the consultation to the event all the way to clean up, a smooth seamless party. We love making people happy through our flavors. Nothing makes me happier is when I see how happy everyone is after one of our events.

Everything was amazing! We hired him to cater a special dinner for six (but there was enough food for more than six!). Chef Adam came with everything he needed from start to finish. Everything he made was delicious, from the short rib sliders with caramelized onions and blue cheese to the pecan entrusted salmon and mushroom risotto. The desserts he brought were amazing (the cannoli!!!!). When he was done he cleaned and packed up everything and left the kitchen as clean as it was when he came. Highly recommend for your catered parties!

Our club was in an pinch- we needed a caterer and fast- our End of Season Party date was quickly approaching - we used thumbtack to find a reasonably priced caterer nearby- Chef Adam of Final Touch Catering heeded our call and to our delight exceeded all our expectations! We were supposed to have a "drop off " event. Chef Adam came a few days before the event to see the venue - on the night of the event He brought everything we could need for a successful dinner party of 32. Chef set up all the food and of course he stayed for the evening. His pride and work ethic would not let him leave his beautiful, delicious offerings His appetizers, main courses and dessert were Cooked to perfection. He cleaned up when dinner was done - even washed the floor where he worked. Thanks to Chef Adam of Final Touch Catering our evening was a huge success. Our club is already planning an event around he amazing cuisine for next season Thank you Chef Adam of Final Touch Catering for making both Karen and I a social success! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to work within our customers budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone consultation about the party which is followed up with a formal quote. For parties 50 or more we offer a free tasting of some of the menu items. Deposit is 50% of total bill and the balance of the bill is due when the party is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Adam Feidelman has 25 of cooking experience is has worked in every type of food service operation. He Graduated Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island in 1990. He is also is a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional. Chef Adam also carries a Food Safety Mangers certification.
