- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to work within our customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone consultation about the party which is followed up with a formal quote. For parties 50 or more we offer a free tasting of some of the menu items. Deposit is 50% of total bill and the balance of the bill is due when the party is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Adam Feidelman has 25 of cooking experience is has worked in every type of food service operation. He Graduated Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island in 1990. He is also is a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional. Chef Adam also carries a Food Safety Mangers certification.
