- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We usually charge by the hour for local moves and we charge a flat rate for debris pickup, and long distance moving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process of working with new customers by giving them a phone call or email verifying all the information job addresses, contact information, gate codes, etc.. The day before a scheduled job we will give them a call to confirm everything is still on track as scheduled. Then we arrive on the job-site fully equipped and prepared to work safe, smart, and efficiently. We come to the job-site with all the proper moving equipment dollies, hand-trucks, shrink wrap, rope, straps, and moving blankets, we bring a tool box for assemble and disassemble, and we bring a positive attitude and come to work hard. We guarantee 100% Satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have highly trained and skilled movers. We only higher movers with a minimum of 2 years experience in the moving field.
