- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have what I call Flexible Fee plan that is described in my proven system to sell your home that is attached to my quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first thing I do is give them my pre listing information so that way most of their questions are covered so when we meet we can concentrate on the most important things my clients are eager about. When we meet face to face I like to tour the home then sit down and talk about how we can work together or not. We go over the price by comparing other homes that have Sold. We agree on a price then we talk about preparing the home to get the most profit, plus other things that are crucial to getting the home sold for the most and with the least hassle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course just having a real estate license doesn't mean you know how to sell a home. It's been through years of experience on selling because each transaction is a total different experience from the last. I was trained from the first real estate company I worked for who has a great training program but it's the experience that teaches you the most.
