Introduction: I'm a Engineering Student at Brigham Young University - Idaho. I grew up tinkering with Electronics/computers and being Tutored by my father, an engineer of many years at IBM and Intel. This gave me a variety of intermediate knowledge spanning Linux & Windows, as well as the Hardware side of things. I believe in complete transparency and honesty in the work I do, and expect the same from customers. I think very analytically, so it's one of the few things that challenges my brain. It's fun for me to solve problems as part of my work. I like to learn new things every day.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an idea of what I'm dealing with before I come to the location so I can bring the appropriate equipment. Once I'm there I have them explain the problem to the best of their ability and show me the issue. Then I investigate it and propose a solution.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing it since I was about 7. I was raised with my dad being a Linux kernel developer and computer engineer
What types of customers have you worked with?
So far mostly just friends and friends of friends (advertising mostly by word of mouth). Trying to expand my network.
