- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a customer-first business. Although our prices are carefully crafted to give you the best deal, we are open to bundling and negotiations on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to schedule a free consultation to see if our services are a good fit for your wedding or event. We look into the desired look and feel, location, and budget. Afterward, we provide a quote via email. Once accepted, there is a questionnaire attached that allows us to easily collect all related information for your wedding or event. Once all of the information has been collected, we provide a simple and easy-to-read contract that protects the customer and confirms all of the event details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years event photography, 2 years wedding photography, and additional wedding experience as a musician and DJ.
