I figure in travel back/forth also difficulty plus man hours and cost along with applicable tax . Bids are lump sum and any changes or additional cost are subject to approval .

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I often helped my Grandfather when I was a young boy and that is how I developed the skills for building and working with tools . I began working in construction in the 80s and began installing flooring as well . I was fortunate to work for a builder that taught me finish carpentry and other skills and in the 90s I started my own contracting business .
