What a great deck! Benjamin was very quick to respond, hospitable and professional. He didn't try to gouge any prices or push me into something I didn't want. He does some of the best decking work I've ever seen, and he does it at an affordable rate. I couldn't ask for more.

Plan, develop and communicate the plan. Show up when you say you will show up. Estimate your job without sudden changes and up charges at the end of the day.

Mr. Smith had texted me and advised he would not be able to keep our appointment for Friday and we rescheduled for Saturday morning at 9am. Mr. Smith was a no show or no call. A contractor that can't keep you informed or keep there appointments is probably a indication there will be issues down the road with there work. I'll find someone more dependable.
