- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process always starts with an initial phone call to understand the scope of work and specific situation of the client. From there a personalized plan is made to cater to the individual's needs and goals
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I started my own business and began to hire independent contractors, I realized the majority of my day revolved around helping them solve problems and overcome mental barriers to achieving their next levels of success. I didn't realize until a few years after opening that my job was actually to be a coach and help these individuals in their careers
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly real estate professionals, however most of the consulting and training revolves around issues that are not career related. For example, work-life balance, organization and stress management are common topics that relate to any person. Successful career coaching depends on having a healthy life at home.
