Messina Catering know's that each event is as unique as their host. Our prices are designed to fit the individuals needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy talking to my customers. Getting to know their needs. I often set up a tasting so that the customer can taste what I am talking about. My customers have my cell number and are free to call me with their questions or ideas giving them a more personal touch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 30 years of experience in the Food Service Industry. Cooking professionally for 12 years.
