Here is the overview of my process with wedding clients: 1. Contact me to make sure your date is available and to schedule a time to meet or chat on the phone. 2.Lets get together in my studio, on the phone, at your favorite coffee spot, even Facetime Im flexible. Well chat about your wedding day, confirm your date, and discuss all the fun details. Ill show you examples of beautiful custom wedding albums and other items that can become your cherished wedding day heirlooms. Together, well select the perfect package for your wedding. 3. After we meet you may make your package selections, review the agreement, and pay your deposit. Once that's out of the way, Im officially your wedding photographer! The deposit is $500 and you may pay this in person at our meeting, online, or mail me a check. The remaining balance isn't due until 10 days before your wedding. 4. Engagement Session. Your engagement session can be as simple as a stroll through your favorite park, an intimate meal at your favorite café, or even a romantic return to where he proposed anything you can imagine to share the imagery of your personal love story. Engagement sessions are done anytime before you say "I do", but most couples like to have their photos about 8 - 10 months before their wedding so they can include them in save-the-dates and invitations. 5. Timeline Prep. About 1-2 weeks before your wedding we'll convene and go over your wedding day timeline. This will help us know where to be and when the day-of, and we'll also create a shot list so specific family members and friends can be informed of photo times prior to your wedding. 6. The Photos. About 2-3 months after the wedding a link to your complete online gallery will be emailed to you with your password. From your gallery you will be able to purchase prints and download all of the high resolution images.
