They really looked at the project from the customers perspective. Was able to communicate in multiple ways and they were quick to reply and work with my budget. Would definitely consider working with again in the future.May 17, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It's hard to have a standard pricing system for this type of work. You really don't know going in how many layers are on the roof, or if there is any bad decking. After we do a inspection we can give a detailed retail quote or go the insurance route if there is storm damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We will come out and do a inspection of your property and determine if there is storm damage. If we find storm damage we will advise you on how to file a insurance claim, we will meet with your adjuster on site when he comes out and do everything possible to get you the best insurance claim to cover repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We constantly attend seminars offered by our shingle manufactures along with plant tours to keep us informed on new processes used in manufacturing.
