I love working with Kelsey. She is so encouraging, motivating and positive. Her training and meal plans are straight forward and easy to understand. She is an excellent coach and is always asking how she can better help you - a good trainer will just give you a plan. An excellent trainer will always constantly be helping you, asking you how they can help you, encouraging you. She isn't only a trainer, but she is your friend. ❤ I still have a ways to go, but I've learned so much from Kelsey and I'm eating right, exercising, losing fat mass and building muscles which is my goals that's she's helping me achieve.Jan 2, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The best program will be chosen based off of the fitness and health goals you're looking to accomplish. Once I get a better understanding of what exactly you're trying to achieve, I can provide you with the best options and membership rates for you and your fitness goals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Because every client of mine is different, I make it top priority to get to know my new client ASAP - their health goals, fitness goals, history, a little about themselves, and how together we can achieve great health and physical fitness. Once I get to know exactly what kind of goals you're wanting to achieve with your health/body, I am able to provide you with the top 2-3 programs that would be the best fit for you and your wants/needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I began my education in the field of nutrition and physical fitness in college when I was actively pursuing my career towards physical therapy, as well as nutrition. After college, I continued to increase my education and knowledge through certifications through ISSA for personal training, fitness coaching, fat loss nutrition, and life mentoring so I can provide my clients not only fitness and nutrition coaching, but also the mental support and motivation we all need to do our ultimate best.
