- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best program will be chosen based off of the fitness and health goals you're looking to accomplish. Once I get a better understanding of what exactly you're trying to achieve, I can provide you with the best options and membership rates for you and your fitness goals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because every client of mine is different, I make it top priority to get to know my new client ASAP - their health goals, fitness goals, history, a little about themselves, and how together we can achieve great health and physical fitness. Once I get to know exactly what kind of goals you're wanting to achieve with your health/body, I am able to provide you with the top 2-3 programs that would be the best fit for you and your wants/needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my education in the field of nutrition and physical fitness in college when I was actively pursuing my career towards physical therapy, as well as nutrition. After college, I continued to increase my education and knowledge through certifications through ISSA for personal training, fitness coaching, fat loss nutrition, and life mentoring so I can provide my clients not only fitness and nutrition coaching, but also the mental support and motivation we all need to do our ultimate best.
