Luke was fantastic! He catered our wedding at our house, and left the place nice and clean, and came back the next morning for brunch. He made our event so special, and we got lots of compliments on the food!

We believe in customizing everything to the client for total satisfaction so there is not a set pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with talking briefly with the client to get a complete picture of what they are looking for, then we build a package that fits their needs perfectly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Luke is a Le Cordon Blue graduate with a associates in culinary arts. He has also apprenticed under two different chefs and worked at some of the most famous culinary institutions in the Dallas area including Hotel ZaZa, and the Dream Cafe.
