I am a certified life coach, dream worker, mediator, healer, crisis line specialist and spiritual director. I have a MA in Spirituality from the Institute in Culture and Creation Spirituality at Holy Names University. I've studied and experienced a variety of Western, Eastern, Middle Eastern and Native/Indigenous spiritualities. I find the Divine in music and nature. I feel an affinity with animals and believe they have much to teach us. I have been involved with energy work since 1984. I am trained in the Kofutu, Mari-El and Reiki traditions.

I had never worked with a Spiritual Director before. In fact most of my journey has been one of personal introspection. She walked with me through a 9 month exploration of my spirituality. She made suggestions which opened me to looking at the same things differently. I explored unexpected regions of my life, released old resentments, found joy in small increments which multiplied. I understand myself better and feel more authentic because of our work. I trusted her with my most vulnerable self and she supported me. I am extremely grateful for this experience.
