Training with Jake has by far been the best training and coaching experience I have ever had. Jake does more than just put you through the motions. He cares about your goals and ensures you are doing the right workouts and following the right nutrition plans. He gives you all the tools you need to be successful and I have seen great results so far and expect to continue to improve in 2016.

Training with Jake has changed my life. Not only has he helped me set and achieve fitness goals at the gym, he's taught me about the importance of setting goals outside the gym (diet and nutrition). If you want to see results, I highly recommend training with Jake.

Morgan Muscle absolutely knows how to take your training to the next level! I have trained with many professional trainers but by far Jake Morgan has a phenomenal training method that pit points specific areas that need improvement and then implements a successful strategy plan. What I like the most is his notorious detail to proper form to the exercise to make sure no injury will take place. Professional in all aspects to training and is determined to see results! I highly recommend his training to anyone that is ready to experience the best training of their lifetime.

Diet odify advise has helped me learn more and incorporate more vegetables into diet and found better ways to curb cravings. In workouts I've learned proper ways to lift and as result haven't had as much tissue damage due to improper body mechanics.

    Pricing for Morgan Muscle training is between 25-30 per session and will depend upon training frequency. There are no contracts or memberships.
