I received move-out cleaning service back in December 2016 and I was not happy with my service at all. The staff was very friendly, but apparently she had a family emergency and had to leave early. I understand that situations come up in life that prevent you from doing your very best job, but I wish she would have at least come back to finish the apartment... The trash was cleaned out (very happy about that), but the patio was left a mess, in the kitchen the oven had not been cleaned out, nor the burners. The fridge had not been wiped clean, or the pantry shelves. The living room floors look like she never cleaned out the dirty water, there was just a bunch of dried dirt everywhere. In my bedroom she did not vacuum, so there was still a bunch of kitty litter on the floor. There was also a huge wet spot leading from my bathroom to my bedroom. The bathtub had not been cleaned out, and the floor was the same situation as the living room. So, I ended up paying for a cleaning service, as well as not getting the deposit back AND having to pay my apartment an extra cleaning fee. So. Yea. Not ever doing that again. I first would like to apologize that you were unhappy with your service, the emergency that day was that my father died, I still stayed an hour and a half past the time that they called to tell me this, doing the best I could on your apartment. A few things, the carpet was wet from before I arrived and you did not tell me anything about this so that I could have rented a machine to fix this for you, if I don't know what is going on I cannot be prepared to take care of it, as well you did not inform me that the entire bathroom floor was covered in cat feces but I did the best I could with what I had, as well with the oven and bathtub, they were both scrubbed for a very long time. I do apologize for the refrigerator I was apparently carless with this as I see I missed some things, this was after they called to tell me the bad news and I do apologize for my distraction. As well you did not inform me anything regarding the patio, we do not usually clean outside the home unless requested. I am sorry that this experience was not what it should have been, but had you called me or told me anything at the time of the cleaning on December 15 instead of waiting 2 months I would have been more than accommodating, but instead when I was leaving your partner told me everything was great and thank you for our service so I could not have known you were unhappy.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't like to have a standard system, every job is unique and different and I feel like people often get overcharged by a standard system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to find out exactly what they are requesting so that we can give a more definite price that they can be satisfied with, as well as make sure that we understand full well what they are expecting so that everything is to the highest satisfaction.
